Comparison WWI & WWII
A lot of questions have been coming in regarding what to expect in the markets concerning war. This will be covered at the conferences in detail and it is why we set the time for these events in line with the Panic Cycles in models. We will include the comparison of how even the precious metals reacted completely differently between WWI and WWII as you can see with this chart of silver for WWI where the major Silver Crash followed and it continued to DECLINE during the inflationary boom of the Roaring ’20s. This illustrates my point about the inflation people claim the metals is a hedge against when in fact it has been a hedge against government – not inflation.
This is not a question that can be answered in a brief response. As far as the Global Market Watch forecasting yesterday was the high in Nearest Futures Gold – when it is purely a pattern recognition model – nothing else.
Putin Orders Troops Back to Bases – Why? Is Yanukovych Dead?
Mr Putin said he had ordered his troops on military exercises near the border between western Russia and Ukraine to return to bases after completing all of their tasks. There remains a serious question if Yanukovych is alive or dead. Putin has stated: “After he came to Russia, I saw him once, that was literally two days ago. He was alive and healthy. He will catch a cold yet — at the funerals of those who spread that information,” with his characteristic dark humor he is known for.
That is all well and good. But nobody has seen Yanukovych and it is curious that Putin would back down from his ultimatum and invasion when nobody would have stopped him. Of course, if Yanukovych is dead, then any invasion to restore a dead person to the throne of Ukraine seems as outlandish as the old movieWeekend at Bernie’s where two guys have a great party at Bernie’s house and pretend he is alive to keep it going.
Putin – Resurrecting the Soviet Union by 2020
Putin has made it clear that he regards the fall of the Soviet Union as the greatest catastrophe of the 20th century. He has stated previously it is his goal to resurrect the Soviet Union by 2020. His response to using force is clear:
“If we see this lawlessness starting in eastern regions, if people there ask us for help – and we already have the official request of the legitimate president (Yanukovych) – we reserve the right to use all available resources to safeguard these citizens. And we consider this fully legitimate.”
I have stated before, the difference between Russia and China is that the former lost territory and it sees this as a shameful event and loss of manhood if you will while that latter has focused on its economy losing no territory. This is our future. The former Soviet possessions are wise to tremble in fear for they will be once again assimilated, which is the goal of Putin. However, Putin is not trying to reestablish communism where the state owns everything – just dictate by power. This trend will pick up steam after September this year, but more so after 2015.75 moving into the peak 2020.
Our model has been warning about a CYCLE INVERSION and this is part of that trend. We are going to need to approach this period with extreme caution. This is not a time for opinion. The very subtle changes in the slightest events is the flap of the butterfly wings that contributes to creating hurricanes under Chaos Theory.
We had more than 50 more requests for seats than there were seats at our Cycle of War Conference on March 21st in Philadelphia. We have just managed to increase the capacity by 100 and half of that is gone. Those who are thinking about attending should book now. It does not appear that there will be any seats available on a last-minute basis.
Yanukovych Dead or Alive
Russia has informed the United Nations that they were “requested” by Yanukovych to invade Ukraine and their position is he is the supreme ruler of Ukraine and that his removal was illegitimate. But he fled Ukraine and the Ukrainians tried to stop him. The blocked the airports so he had to drive to Crimea where the Russians took him in. He signed agreeing to elections, albeit he sought to stall until the end of the year. He also agreed to revise the constitution putting that off until September, so the claims of Putin fall to the ground.
Russia is now also REFUSING to enter any talks over Ukraine – Putin’s position is it belongs effectively to Russia. This is very important. To enter talks means Yanukovych must appear. This is where the report of Mikhail Lebed is now incredibly important. Russia says the death of Yanukovych is just a rumor and he remains the ONLY legitimate ruler. If Lebed is correct, then we have an interesting dilemma. Is this why Putin is refusing talks? If Yanukovych died, then Ukraine is free to elect someone else and Putin has lost his excuse to invade. This is critical and we are making every effort to confirm this from our local sources.

Yanukovych is Dead & the BANDERIVTSI
The rumors that Yanukovch has died are being denied by Russia. However, neither side has produced any proof. It would be now simple for Yanukovch to step to the camera and proudly claim his throne as the Czar of Ukraine under the fake election to pretend the whole of Ukrainian people voted for this mass murderer who wants even more blood.
Russia has also been using superstition to justify coming to the rescue of the Ukrainian people. We are getting reports from several towns now in the East that confirm the people in Eastern Ukraine are very afraid of BANDERIVTSI who will come and kill them in the middle of the night.
The name in Ukraine, Stepan Bandera, was considered to be the Hero of Ukraine in the West yet is now a great enemy of the people in the East. Towns in the East are organizing militia to stand guard at night and to haunt them down as in a Dracula movie of old. They are organizing a night guard for the streets against these BANDERIVTSI who nobody has ever seen. They are now transformed into the people who were in Maidan and they will come from the West to kill them.
In the West, they joke about this tactic – “Banderivets is like a chupakabra – nobody has seen him, but everybody is afraid of him” In this way extends great panic in the Eastern Ukraine, which make people see their Western brothers as even greater enemies as before. Here is their enemy.
Israel Changes Military Service to Include Religious
For years, everyone had to go into the military at 18 male or female. However, the Orthodox Jews were exempt. Israeli is responding to what is coming as Putin tries to rebuild the Soviet Empire. He personally still see the world in empires based upon territory rather than productivity. Japan had nothing close to the resources of Russia, yet it rose to the second largest economy based upon productivity proving Adam Smith was correct that this is the wealth of a nation – not gold, agriculture or land.
Australia is about the same size as the USA and Canada is actually larger. This again proves Putin is dead wrong and had he eliminated the oligarchy and allowed free competition, Russia would soar to the top of the economic charts. China has allowed that to unfold and it does not have the oppressive oligarchy structure that prevents small business from rising.
So this past weekend, hundreds of thousands of Jews came out to protest (see Reuters) having to go into the military. War is on the horizon and there seems to be nothing we can do with a bunch of morons in charge in Europe and the USA.
