The Global Economic Crisis
Far too many people have underestimated the changes in the global economy. This year’s conference will focus on the significant instability risks that are associated with the economic slowdown in China and the crisis in the emerging markets. This will impact the German exports as well and the refugee crisis in Europe will only help to push the economic trend over the edge. The lack of any normalization of interest rates has set in motion a major crisis in pensions, especially among municipal governments around the world as well as state and provinces.
We will be releasing the Investor Level service shortly. This will include a blog with sensitive information that will deal with issues moving forward that are behind the curtain that we can only hope to change or influence quietly.
Poland Elections Vote Anti-Euro on Sunday
I reported from Poland that the rising trend there was anti-Euro which has manifest also into an anti-immigrant movement. I will be there next March once again. Nevertheless, Poland’s Eurosceptic and anti-immigration Law and Justice party (PiS) has now claimed a major victory on Sunday. The politicians in Brussels only see their power and Merkel is attempting to demand quotas for all members to accept the refugees because Germany is overwhelmed.
We are watching the disintegration of the Euro and Brussels will not reform or admit that the failed structure of the Euro and their dream to federalize Europe is placing the entire region at risk of breaking apart even in trade agreements. The TTIP is certainly not helping whereas they are keeping the documents secret even from most politicians. This dictatorial approach is just insane and the idea that one government would create peace in Europe is actually pitting one member state against another.
Margaret Thatcher was correct. The EU should have been only a trade union, not a political union surrendering sovereignty to Brussels. The entire idea of one-government has demonstrated that you cannot compel everyone to be European when they have diverse languages and culture no less religious beliefs.
Refugee Nightmare Brewing in Europe
In the Austrian town of Reichenfels in Carinthia, the refugees have protested and the abuse of water has led to water rationing in the entire town. The refugee crisis is brewing and when winter come in, this is not going to go very well. In Dresden, there is no space left and the government has said that perhaps the refugees will have to begin to be housed in private property.
This crisis is brewing and will lend support for war in the Middle East to try to return the refugees to the homeland at the end of this nightmare.
Portugal Refuses to Allow Elected Politicians to Take Office
COMMENT: Hi Marty,
I’m another Englishman who is an avid reader of your blog and am very much looking forward to your ECM conference material later this year. As a European pouring thorough the continental news we are definitely seeing a reinforcing cycle of breakdown in government over the past few weeks and months. It seems everything from the migrant crisis to independence movements to the Polish elections to the British E.U referendum, people are slowly turning on the failed E.U project. It has peaked.
The latest which I wanted to share with you and your readers is the deteriorating situation in Portugal, their president has refused to appoint a coalition government even though it secured an absolute majority in the Portuguese parliament, all because it is anti-EU.
It seems they aren’t even disguising their disdain for the people’s wishes now, we know that historically the E.U has bulldozed democracy by the back door but now it seems to be getting more extreme and overt. We are surely not too long from people on the streets, PEGIDA being just the first example.
Kind Regards,
JF
This is why as part of the Solution, the only way forward is a Direct Democracy with representatives replacing politicians and career politicians cannot exist. There would have to be some safeguards for it was a Democracy where a majority of a 600 man jury sentenced Socrates to death for corrupting the minds of the youth. That verdict proved Socrates wrong for he believed that the people in charge of government (Democracy) would always seek justice.
Plato recorded not merely Socrates’ words upon being sentenced to death. He also recorded a prior debate he had with Thrasymachus about Justice who saw government from a far more realistic position. This serves as a warning that whatever form of government we attempt to create, it will always try to preserve its own self-interest. This is why career politicians must be banned. But how to temper and restrain the replacement. Ah, that is the question.

Prison of Socrates Where the First Martyr to Philosophy Died
REPLY:
Indeed, Portugal has crossed the Rubicon. Europe is headed into the
abyss all because politicians are incapable of ever admitting a mistake
and that prevents any hope of reform. This cannot end nicely for they
are stupid fools. This is why as part of the Solution, the only way forward is a Direct Democracy with representatives replacing politicians and career politicians cannot exist. War & the ECM
What is fascinating is that the Russian bombing in Syria began the precise day of the ECM. Now the Iraqi government authorized Russia to target Daesh convoys coming from Syria. The authorization for Russia to target Daesh inside Iraq comes amid security coordination between Iraq, Russia, Iran and Syria. Because of the exact day of these events with the ECM, we should expect that this is the region that will attract the focus of this wave for the next 4 years. We should see war now increase in the region.
The War Cycle Report will be going out next week to all attendees.
Merkel is Doomed in Germany
Calculations of the Federal Government have shown that about half a million of refugees and immigrants who are now coming to Germany, will find themselves in the coming year in unemployment. Chancellor Angela Merkel is still confident that it will create many refugees to get a job What is brewing within Germany is a resistance to overthrow Merkel and her policy on refugees is starting to create serious civil instability.
Meanwhile, the ministers in Austria are call for a fortress to be erected to stop the inflow of refugees.
