Justice Department Has Announced there will be no Prosecutions for Torture
The Justice Department has already ruled out any criminal prosecution for torture. This is another example of the conflict of interest when government is the EXCLUSIVE prosecutor. This is why we need the office of a Roman Tribune. That was a person independent from the politicians who could criminally bring charges against anyone. The US government uses the International Criminal Court (ICC), but it exempts itself from any such prosecution. The court’s jurisdiction does not extend to the United States. The ICC should announce who it would indict and publicly state that the US government refuses to submit to international law. Without criminal prosecutions of the people who made those decisions to tirture people, the USA will lose all its credibility internationally of what does remain.
Enough is Enough – Shut the Gov’t Down Rather The Repeal Dodd-Frank
Jamie Dimon, head of JP Morgan, personally telephoned individual lawmakers to urge them to vote for the repeal of Dodd Frank. This is getting really out of hand. Let us make this very clear. Besides the fact that these banks LACK the models to prevent them from blowing up every single time running to government with their hand out asking can they spare a trillion, the sheer fact that they can make heaps of money from trading means they are NOT lending. Spain converted itself from the richest nation in Europe to the poorest by doing precisely this short-term type planning.
Spain did not invest in developing its country. Spain squandered all its money living high on the hog, as they say. The saying was a French man knew how to unload ships rather than a Spaniard. The banks are traders not lenders.They are trading with YOUR money. Profits are their’s – losses are taxpayers. Allowing them to be derivative junkies means they do not do what they are supposed to be doing – lending money that expands jobs and builds the national economy.
The Republicans are simply counting their donations for political campaigns. This will be the downfall of the Republican Party come 2016. The banks will blow up AS ALWAYS, and the people will get outraged because at G20 they said the depositor has to pay for the next bailout – bail-ins. There is no disclosure mandated. There should be a warning label on bank accounts – THIS BANK SPECULATES WITH YOUR MONEY. Hey – borrow this regulation from the FDA regulating food.
We can see this in the prelude to the political crisis in 2016. The banks will blow up – they are far too cheap to build real models for their view is always the same. Why spend money on models when you can buy the votes when needed?

US Treasury ordering survival kits for Bank Examiners? Anyone Expecting a Crisis Here?
Yep. The US Department of Treasury is trying to order survival kits for all of its employees who oversee the federal banking system, according to a new solicitation they put out. These survival kits are to be for every employee at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), which conducts on-site reviews of banks throughout the country. The survival kit includes everything from water purification tablets to solar blankets and the price should not exceed $200,000 per kit? Unbelievable.
These survival kits must be in a fanny-pack or backpack which must fit all of the items. This must include a first aid kit with “decongestant tablets,” bandages, and medicines. They must also include a 2,400-calorie food bar, “50 water purification tablets,” “reusable solar blanket” 52 by 84 inches long, a “dust mask,” “one-size fits all poncho with hood,” a rechargeable lantern with built-in radio. Of course what camping trip would not include an “Air-Aid emergency mask” for protection against airborne viruses.
This is a very strange request. It sound more like they are planning for a MadMax event. The top ten banks with the greatest percentage of non-performing loans are all in Europe. Why? Taxes and regulations have been destroying the European economy at an alarming rate. This comes back in loan defaults further weakening the banking system for which they they demand more taxes.
Torture Supporter Tried to Alter Wikepedia
The Torture Scandal is becoming explosive. Others are now starting to call for prosecutions. Indeed, this violated every principle of law domestic and international. If there are no prosecutions, it is another white-wash like the bankers the Justice Department protects. Even an anonymous Wikipedia user from an IP address that is registered to United States Senate has tried, and failed, to remove a phrase with the word “torture” from the website’s article on the Senate Intelligence Committee’s stunning CIA torture report.
Civil Unrest is Rising Everywhere & Government Digs in its Heels
I have warned that governments always turn against the people. Illinois just made it a felony to film police abuse in the USA. The Spanish government has followed the same course. Despite protests from political, judicial and population, the politicians who are becoming ruthless elite dictators rather than democratic representatives of the people, passed a law which provides extensive fines for protesters who dare to film the abuse of police. They have the audacity to claim filming police is an “offense against public safety” with fines of up to 600,000 euros. It is the police who protect government – not the people. So let’s get this straight. “public safety” has become a code word for “government safety” that no longer gives two shits about the people.
Switzerland enacted laws requiring registration of all guns in the country for the first time when. Why? There have not been any incidents of “public safety”. They too realize that the people are starting to wake up against the abuse of government everywhere. The people have caused this. As a whole, people watch sports, buy clothes, and go to dinner. Generally at best half even bother to vote. That has sent the signal to government elites the people do not care so corruption has run wild. But now with taxes rising, unemployment rising, pensions vanishing into thin air, and living standards declining, people want real change no words.
Even in the USA, the Republicans wrongly believe their ideas are what the people want. They too raise taxes. This funding bill allowing the banks to repeal Dodd Frank is an example of the corruption behind the scenes. They votes for Republicans because who is ever in power is being tossed out. Come 2016, it will be the Republican’s turn as we see a rise in third-party activity. This repeal of Dodd Frank is a John Andrew Boehner special that goes against the conservative T-Party Republicans.

Italy coming Closer & Closer to Leaving EU
In Italy, there are again serious protests against austerity measures. A major general strike has paralyzed Italy as public life style has simply collapsed. Nationally, 54 demonstrations were held around the country.Citizens are protesting against the austerity measures and labor market reforms the government has been compelled to implement because of Brussels.The German Chancellor Angela Merkel had recently called for a tightening of austerity in Italy and she simply cannot understand that the fears of inflation in Germany are unrealistic. She is imposing a new Great Depression on the rest of Europe. The very idea that one European government would prevent war is being proven to be dead wrong. The people do matter and they will tear Europe apart at the seams. German culture cannot be force fed to Southern Europe. This is laying the seeds for European internal war – not preventing it.
