Are we Headed into Global Fascism?

Fascism-1
Fascism has been a term applied to the manner of organizing a society in which a government ruled by a dictator/bureaucracy that is unelected or a republic with pretend “lifetime” politicians,  controls the lives of the people and in which people are not allowed to disagree with the government. Such systems have always placed the “good” of the state before the worth of an individual. The right to property is subject to constant search and seizure and courts only rule in favor of the state.
Berlin Wall
That was the closing days of Rome. It was also the Soviet Union and especially the East Germany with respect to organization. I went behind the Berlin Wall before it fell. You could not speak freely on the street but had to wait until you were alone. The Soviet Union was a Communist/Fascist State where you could not disagree with the government and they owned everything.
Maximinus-IGovernment corruption may be at an all time high in history. I can find few periods where the state has hunted down its own people other than during the collapse of Rome. I have written about Maximinus who was declared Emperor by the troops and just consider them as government workers. Maximinus simply declared ALL PRIVATEwealth in the nation belonged to the state to pay the troops (government workers) so that government could retain its power. This was the first attempt at a Communist-Fascist State hybrid.
Italian designers Stefano Gabbana stands next to Domenico Dolce as they talk to the media during a party in Shanghai
In Italy, the famous Fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana were sentenced to 18 months in prison this week for keeping hundreds of millions of euros from Italian tax authorities offshore. When I say there is a worldwide hunt for capital that is destroying the world economy – this is NO JOKE! Politicians have spent whatever they like and then imprison citizens for not handing over whatever they demand. This is not democracy – it is totalitarianism. The have NO right to take money from people and criminalize refusing to pay unreasonable sums. People come together to form societies because a synergy emerges that creates an economy from the Invisible Hand that is larger than the sum of the parts. It has historically be VOLUNTARY. Government has abused its power and looks upon the people as a herd of unwashed wild animals for them to drive in whatever direction they desire for their own self-interest. They retain that power by preaching to the ignorant that they are NEVER the problem, it is always the“rich” who refuse to turnover everything they own so politicians can live high and mighty.
This is WHY Thomas Jefferson, Madison, Adams. Washington, and Franklin, just to mention a few, forbid DIRECT taxation. They experienced that the power to DIRECTLY TAX the people destroys the liberty of the people for once a direct tax is imposed, you must account for whatever you do, earn, and have. The future of the present and younger generations is being systemically wiped out and therein we will discover the seeds of revolution. Justice Samuel Chase wrote in Hylton v. United States – 3 U.S. 171 (1796):
The great object of the Constitution was, to give Congress a power to lay taxes, adequate to the exigencies of government; but they were to observe two rules in imposing them, namely, the rule of uniformity, when they laid duties, imposts, or excises; and the rule of apportionment, according to the census, when they laid any direct tax.
If there are any other species of taxes that are not direct, and not included within the words duties, imposts, or excises, they may be laid by the rule of uniformity, or not; as Congress shall think proper and reasonable. If the framers of the Constitution did not contemplate other taxes than direct taxes, and duties, imposts, and excises, there is great inaccuracy in their language.
Clearly, taxes had to be fair to the states being uniform and apportioned by population. Only Socialists argued that taxes should be higher on a percentage basis the more you earn. They see any uniformity as an inequitable requirement. Let we claim women should have equal pay to men and there should be no discrimination with respect to race of creed. So where does this “social justice” come from other than coveting your neighbor’s possessions simply because they has things you do not.
The early Supreme Court solved the dilemma, when key Founders were still
Justices sitting on the Court, by interpreting “direct tax” strategically so that no tax was direct if apportionment was unreasonable. That solution was doctrine for one hundred
years, and courts need to return to it. Clearly, taxes that were not uniform or disproportionate had no constitutional weight. So much for Obama, IMF and Piketty.
The Founders knew best. Any sort of direct taxation against an individual necessitates a loss of liberty, freedom, and rights. In the USA, you cannot be imprisoned for NOTpaying your taxes. They imprison you for not telling them you owe taxes. This is the lawyer-politicians again and how they circumvent the fundamental principles of the constitution all the time. This is no different from locking-up people who protest by claiming they lacked a permit or walked on the grass. In Russia, they just lock you up and don’t bother to pretend you have rights. There is no real difference.
This hunt for taxation on a global scale is simply outrageous. They track $3,000 now, not billions.

Hi Martin,
I just got a call from HSBC Jersey conducting a ‘risk assessment’.  They wanted to know why I had 6 different currency a/c’s & where all the money came from as well as how much money I earn in Asia & how I spend the cash.  The funny thing is I only keep GBP1,000 in the HSBC a/c’s anyway!!!!
I managed to speak to a ‘manager’ & asked if he knew how much HSBC were sued for last October, he had no idea HSBC even had a case brought against them.  Accordingly every expat is being interrogated as to what they use their money for while HSBC can continue it’s blatant misuse of funds.

How far in the future does your computer model project?

future-next-exit
QUESTION: How far in the future does your computer model project?
ANSWER: One of the fascinating aspects about modeling the world economy is you rapidly discover that the complexity is enormous, yet the outcome is far more predictable Long-Term than Short-Term. This may seem illogical at first, but once you comprehend the dynamics of the system it becomes understandable.
The Long-Term is far easier to predict with even 100% accuracy than Short-Term. Why? There is a lot of noise within the system so that markets can rally today and drop tomorrow yet the closing prices are nothing dramatically different. The Long-Term is what confuses people. Like the whole reasoning behind gold, fiat, deficits, and the dollar. People look at the national debt and say the system has to burst. That may be true that the sustainability of ANY system inevitably falls into collapse. However, the question is always TIMING.
Bretton Woods was a fatal design as was the Euro trying to create a single currency yet retain individual sovereign debt. That does not mean that the system would be incapable of functioning for a few decades. However, such system cannot be sustained indefinitely and will always collapse.
Therefore, you can state with confidence that the Euro will collapse, as will the Dollar and the Yen. The question is simply WHEN? Consequently, the Long-Term can be predicted with ease; the TIMING is something altogether different.
Our model is concerned about TIME and the interplay between all the factors that combine to make or break the trend. This is not about personal opinion for NOBODYcan predict the future with respect to complexity and TIME from a pure opinion or gut reaction.
Our computer can accurately project Long-Term trends out into the hundreds of years. Why? Because it is only a matter of TIME that all things must change and evolve. The United States will break-up as a political entity and it is the people’s fault because human nature allows crazy politicians to go unpunished for decades before revolution bursts out onto the scene.
This is what the conspiracy nuts cannot get through their head who insist Ukraine was orchestrated by a CIA plot. All the desire of the CIA to accomplish a change in government may exist. However, the best that can be accomplished is a coup – not a revolution. Why? A coup does not require the PEOPLE – only a small group. A Revolution requires the PEOPLE and that will only be accomplished when the economic trend declines and forces the people to take action. The USA will go through this VERY SAME process. You will see the rise of civil unrest as the economy turns down after 2015.75 and uprisings like Occupy Wall Street unfold but with more violence. That willNOT be a CIA plot – and people who fail to comprehend this important difference are just too biased in their views to see the writing on the wall.
Time-In-Hand
Therefore, the Long-Term is very predictable that there will be a revolution in the USA when the taxes rise and the standard of living collapses so that people have then lost their future. What makes such changes take place is ALWAYS the economy. If you can map the world economy, you can map the future.
The ONLY question is TIME.

US Share Market

DJIND-D 4-30-2014

We can see from the daily chart in the Dow Jones Industrial Index that there is a rather flat topping pattern. This suggests that we should see new highs and that in no way has this been a nice clean isolated high that would signal the collapse of the markets as so many keep saying.
Nikich-y-1989.95-2015

No matter what market we look at, there MUST be a Phase Transition that forms the top. You do not get three opportunities to sell the all-time record high. The US market is still poised for a blast to the upside sparked by capital inflows.

US & German Involvement in Ukraine

COMMENT: Hi!
You know you are brilliant and grasp many aspects correctly, well ahead of the curve. What’s more you stand by your conviction openly and that’s commendable.
I recommended some of your latest short articles on Ukraine, but I would like to turn your attention to the different shades of pale there.
You are right in the obviously correct statement, that the Maidan was – and STILL IS – legitimate grassroots movement.
What you seem to assiduously overlook is the also obviously real american and german direct and indirect involvement in instigation and evolution of latest coup d’etat. It is a logical continuation of so called “orange revolution”. You do not need to look very deep for proofs to find them, a casual check on the ground will give you ample occasion for this. If you do not have time on hand, check please so outspoken Victoria Nuland. I know for obvious fact, that all the latest leaked phone converstaions, so diligently commented by german chancellor, like a clockwork [I checked the timetables of these operations - so I do know], came all from Moscow.
So obviously in Kiev there is not so simple a game, like the good new Yatseniuk, against the bad old Yanukovitsch. Berlin, Washington and Moscow play their games right from the start, and correctly speaking, BEFORE the start.
And by the way, please do not loose from your sight the undeniable FACT, that the good new Yatseniuk was personal banker of deeply corrupt Tymoshenko, who was tried and condemned for EMBEZZLEMENT by a court. You know as well as I do, that their courts are not less corrupt that the NY V circuit, but the fact remains, that Yatseniuk is a close personal and financial friend of an international embezzler. It is all a mafia style, corrupt hellhole, where all the outside powerbrokers want their cut of the deal. No knights on white horses in sight. Please keep this in your sights – all intervening outside forces have dirty hands. ALL OF THEM.
Best regards
REPLY: I thought I made it clear that the installed politicians in Kiev are hand-picked by the West including Germany and the USA. This is why I say the people have been warned that if they rise up against this NEW crop of corrupt politicians, they will have zero support.
The corruption is pervasive on ALL sides – this is by no means limited to Russia. This grassroots feeling against corruption is NOT restricted to Ukraine – we just saw it in Nevada and then people/government go to remove video from YouTube to hide the actions of the US government.
I know there was no leaders from Maidan, for my direct contacts could find nobody willing to stand-up to assume such a position. I would have been glad to hop on a plane with no charge to help restructure a government that would be honest. I know a lot of people who would have chipped in with the hope that if just one government reforms, it will become like a virus that spreads among all world governments.
I would have had Ukraine default on the national debt just for starters and told the creditors they KNEW Yanukovich was corrupt and he had accounts everywhere from London down to Switzerland. Where did all this money come from for a guy whose job paid 25,000 euros? Go collect the debts from him – not the people of Ukraine from whom it was stolen.
I am ahead of the curve because I am supported by a network of REAL people around the world who see what I see and know what I know is coming. Either we stand for something or we lose everything. That is the choice on the table.

Titon-Needs-Freedom
This is not over for Ukraine. The people in the Western Ukraine will fight. NATO is a disgrace as is the United States in this regard. They like to play stuffing parliaments with their cronies but when it comes time to put-up or shut-up, they remain silent without some profit to be gained. Why should Russia stop with Ukraine? The West is corrupt and weak. There was no monetary gain to invade Ukraine as was the case for Syria and Iraq. Just follow the money. We need a real DEMOCRATIC government structure – not a Republic with career politicians that have the audacity to call their corruption Democracies. The people have NO vote whatsoever – they are “represented” by corrupt politicians you cannot get out of office.
I wish you all the best in Ukraine. Your day, and everyone else’s, is still on the horizon.

Obama is Ready to Impose Tolls on all Interstate Highways

Obama-I Have A Dream

I have reported that Obama’s dream is to reverse the Reagan Tax Cuts (Not Bush) and return everything to the 70% tax rate. His cronies in the IMF put out a paper saying the US should match France and going to 80%. Thomas Piketty  is also at the 80% level and its being cheer by the total socialist in Princeton – Paul Robin Krugman.
I95
BELIEVE IT OR NOT, he is proposing installing a toll on all federal interstate highways. Obama is completely nuts. You better buy an inner-tube because we will soon be unable to leave this country even with the clothes on your back.

Why Politicians Cannot Manage Economies

Maduro President Nicolas Maduro
In Venezuela,  President Nicolas Maduro is boosting Venezuela’s minimum wage to defend workers’ salaries against inflation running at nearly 60 percent annually. He said that the 30 percent increase for wages and pension payments will take effect Thursday, in honor of the May 1 international workers day. It follows a 10 percent boost in January.
Here is how the socialists just do not comprehend the economy. Maduro blames the problem on his opponents, accusing them of waging “economic war” on his year-old administration by raising prices and hoarding goods while staging protests demanding he resign. Politicians NEVER see that they are the cause of a problem – it is always opponents internally or externally.
Raising wages only fuels the inflationary spiral and increases the government deficit. He fails to grasp that INFLATION is not a one-dimensional aspect caused by simply increasing money supply. INFLATION is also caused by a collapse in public confidence. If people do not BELIEVE in government, they hoard goods and spending money. These politicians are incapable of every observing the economy from a realistic perspective.
Many people keep asking about gold and the dollar. This is a complex relationship where both can rise when the problem is external and separate when it is domestic.
Welcome to Economics 101 for the 21st Century. Maduro’s wage increase will send costs higher and prices fueling inflation. This increase takes Venezuela’s minimum wage to 4,252 bolivars a month. That’s $675 at the official exchange rate but less than a tenth of that level at the black market rate.

Russia has Invaded the East – Donetsk Pro-Ukrainian March will be in few Hours

Russian troops

Separatists are old ladies with flags – troops are dressed in military gear regardless if you take the identification off. The West has abandoned Ukraine demonstrating that when it really is about protecting people, they back-down. When it is about the oppression of a government like Iraq and Syria, they US is ready to invade.
Gorlivka
The problem is, the governments always lie about everything. Syria and Iraq never were about people – it was about energy. Just follow the money – oh gee – there is none in Eastern Ukraine. Guess that shows  the real motives behind these people who pretend to care so much. Putin calls the pro-Ukrainians fascists – yet they seek freedom from corrupt government not to hand government more power. But bullshit moves those without minds.
The pro-Ukrainians will be marching again in Donetsk for Ukraine. They will be beaten again and the organizers will be kidnapped and murdered. This is the face of real tyranny. Don’t worry – its is coming on a global scale.

ICIJ – Just a Bunch of Left-Wing Marxists?

ICIJ-Tax
This ICIJ body of so-called journalists/Marxists can only see that money is hidden offshore that should be confiscated and taxes. This is no different from Communism and fascists in that such policies also sought to just confiscate all wealth and the state is even capable of running the economy. It was Hitler who first made it a crime to have money offshore in 1933. These pretend journalists only have this view that the private capital should be destroyed not that government should reform. They hunt down people to confiscate their wealth, but never look at how government spends what they confiscate.
The City of Detroit is the example of our future. The city collapsed and pensions were moving into default because pensions consumed more than 50% of the current tax revenues. Politicians are notorious for never telling the truth. Look at the statements of Obama before and after he became President. There is no reconciliation whatsoever demonstrating that he stands for nothing based upon principle. Merkel is the same in Germany.
This group of pure Marxists journalists only see the private individual as evil and kisses the ground that politicians walk upon. With more journalists like this, we will lose all our liberty and transform the West into the land of Utopia where all investment ceases to exist. Is there any wonder why unemployment among the youth exceeds 60%. Just who is going to create jobs that contribute to the national wealth? Putin, Obama, and Merkel?
USIntAs%Total
It would be nice just for once to see a group like this tear apart government and expose the lies and corruption that have combined to reduce our standard of living and rob the youth of their future. They pretend to be for public integrity. Well start doing your real job for confiscating everything in private hands will never satisfy the government spending. How about starting to explain how 70% of the national debts is just accumulated interest payments that created NO social good.

Opinion & Speculation do not Cut It.

US-Russia-3
COMMENT: “You don’t consider all the possibilities. What if the USA has set in motion the revolution in Ukraine because they wanted and expected Russia to do exactly what Russia is doing. First the corruption of the prior President of Ukraine was revealed in the process and now Russia is being made to look like the aggressor in the eyes of the international community.”
REPLY: It is a shame that such nonsense degrades the people of Ukraine and makes their suffering just some conspiracy plot not worthy of any respect and the people who have died deserve nothing – not even a mention. The Ukrainian people’s efforts and cries for freedom obviously fall upon deaf ears with this bullshit. No PLOT can move that many people to action and you know nothing about plots or coups verses real revolutions born of civil unrest. Under your skepticism, the American and French Revolutions were fake as well or even the Russian Revolution of 1917 or Yeltsin standing on the tanks in 1991. It is always some plot by masterminds who cannot tie their shoes and chew gum at the same time yet have unbelievable power to move nations. They cannot manage the economy, which would require the same master skills to move a nation of people as they desire.
The West has usurped Ukraine and stuffed the Parliament with their favored professional politicians. That does not mean the US government instigated that. NOT a single person from Maidan was invited by the West to be part of this new government for they will NOT deal with revolutionaries for ONE reason – they cannot be bought or told what to do. Obama just came out and stated the US will not send troops to Ukraine and Britain is in the same camp. They do not plot a revolution with no intent to be involved.
I personally know people who were on the barricades in Maidan. I do not offer my“opinion” no “speculation” with what I think might have happened. You can sit in your room pretending to be a victim of grand plots, I actually am engaged around the world. What took place in Ukraine will take place in Europe and eventually in the USA. You are blind to a rising trend on a global basis against widespread corruption because you prefer to be a victim that is powerless against the forces of darkness that you can only theorize. I have groups asking for help from India to Eastern Europe. I can see the same complaints are universal. Don’t worry – it will hit Russia too. This is the Age of Civil Unrest – it is a shame you cannot see beyond Ukraine nor connect the dots.
The Ukrainian people have been told by the West to now shut-up. They have been warned that if they overthrow the installed politicians, who will sell their country down the tubes taking direction from the IMF, the people of Ukraine will not be supported by the West. Well, the West is not supporting them anyway and Kerry just made that clear today. They will be exploited upon the directions of the IMF. I oppose intervention from the West or from Russia. These people deserve a life – not one dictated as pawns in a some giant game of geopolitical-chess.
This “aggression” is Putin’s agenda and he has been on record stating his goal is to restore the Soviet Union by 2020. The West will leave Ukraine assuming Putin will stop there as was the case with Hitler and Poland. There was no plot that gave Putin that mindset. I know PERSONALLY how he came to power and PERSONAL friends of Putin for decades. He simply believes that restoring territory will return respect to Russia. It is a shame he sees land as power rather than economics. However, it is what it is.
The Russian economy is less than half that of Japan on a bad day. China has outperformed Russia because they have ALLOWED free enterprises to form. Russia moved only from Communism to Oligarchy. Russia could have been the second largest economy had it just let the people free to compete. There is no open free enterprise in Russia to create a new future and that is its short-fall. Taking back all of Eastern Europe will not make Russia great. It will only drain its economy and lead to even more poverty. This is the 21st century – not the 19th.
Sorry – it is you who fills gaps with presumptions and assumptions based upon comic book scripts. There is a whole lot more behind-the-curtain than anyone could possibly imagine. You credit these people with incredible wisdom and power. You have not stared directly into their eyes as I have in search of a light.

Civil Unrest in Europe for May 1st

2014-time
Labor unions will commemorate May Day (International Workers Day) throughout Europe, on May 1st. While these events are generally peaceful, we are entering 2014 and at a minimum low-level violence is expected beginning late April 30. Attacks on police and acts of vandalism, by certain groups, are a May Day tradition in many European cities. Protests associated with the holiday usually occur in the central areas of major cities.
Some events are listed below, along with venues that are more likely to see low-level violence:
  • Czech Republic: Unions are planning to hold a large demonstration in Prague at namesti Kinskych beginning at 1300 before proceeding to Karlovo namesti (Charles Square). Opposition groups could also rally in towns across the country.
  • France: France’s largest unions are calling for demonstrations in major cities across the country; thousands of protesters will likely take to the streets. In Paris, demonstrators will assemble at 1500 at Place de la Bastille and march to the Place de la Nation.
  • Germany: Labor unions are planning demonstrations in every major city across the country, with the largest actions to take place in Berlin beginning April 30. Extremists groups will stage events which will also take place nationwide, likely in the Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, and Koepenick districts of Berlin starting late April 30. Around 20 different protest actions are expected throughout May 1.
  • Greece: Activists will rally in Athens in Syntagma Square beginning at 1000.
  • Italy: Trade unions have organized a large event in Rome at Piazza San Giovanni that is likely to attract thousands of participants.
  • Portugal: Unions will stage rallies in major cities nationwide. In Lisbon, activists will rally in Alameda D. Afonso Henriques beginning at 1430.
  • Spain: Trade unions will likely stage a multitude of events nationwide; one of the largest will occur in Bilbao, where activists will stage a mass rally in Plaza del Sagrado Corazon. Low-level clashes between protesters and police are possible.
  • Turkey: Labor unions have called for a mass rally in Taksim Square, Istanbul; however, government officials have banned all protests in Taksim Square on May 1. Expect clashes if activists defy the protest ban.
  • United Kingdom: A march and rally is slated to begin at 1200 at Clerkenwell Green, London, and then head toward Trafalgar Square.
Police presence will be increased to the highest level and traffic disruptions are likely near the protest sites. This will be interesting this year given the turning in the Cycle of War.

This is why Judges Cannot be State Employees – He OK’d Selling Woman’s Home to Pay $6.30 in Taxes

Judge C. Gus Kwidis

Beaver County Common Pleas Judge Gus Kwidis is the classic illustration of absolute tyranny. This man ruled that a widow’s home worth $230,000 be auctioned off to pay$6.30 in taxes owed to the State. This is why I say we do not live in a free country when you can be broke you still have to pay taxes no matter what. The government demands its pound of flesh regardless of the consequences. They are far worse than dealing with criminals who at least have some sense of conscience. Judge Gus Kwidis is clearly a bought and paid for corrupt judge – the symbol of real socialism. It is all about government taking from the people to pay their own pensions.

Kerry Said NATO Territory will be defended to every Inch

Kerry John
The US Secretary of State John Kerry warned Russia today stating that NATO territory was inviolable and the alliance would defend every inch of it. But what does this actually mean? Ukraine is not part of NATO. Hence, he has stated in clear lawyer talk that they will not defend Ukraine. Kerry said:
“We have to make it absolutely clear to the Kremlin that NATO territory is inviolable we will defend every single inch of it.”
When you listen to lawyer-politicians you must realize they are wordsmiths. Kerry received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and then worked as an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting people to further his career. Kerry, like other lawyer-politicians, counts on the stupidity of journalists to never read between the lines or between the words. Like Bill Clinton under deposition when he asked “what is the definition of is?” Clinton’s rationalization to the grand jury about why he wasn’t lying when he said to his top aides that with respect to Monica Lewinsky, “there’s nothing going on between us.” How can this be? Here’s what Clinton told the grand jury (according to footnote 1,128 in Special Prosecutor Starr’s report):
“It depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is. If the–if he–if ‘is’ means is and never has been, that is not–that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement….Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said no. And it would have been completely true.”
Lawyers are wordsmiths. Every word is crafted with precision. When you study law, it is not how to obey the law, but how to so narrowly define your words to get around it. This is why you have to look at Kerry’s words with precision. Kerry’s statement today is a white flag on Ukraine. He is clearly saying in legal terms they will not defend Ukraine but stop there. Sounds like Hitler and Poland to me.
map-ukraine-regions
Pro-Russian Separatists in Luhansk, Eastern Ukraine just north of Donetsk, took the government buildings there today. The Pro-Russian Separatists have appointed a self-declared mayor who says he will negotiate the release of military observers they are holding hostage only if the EU drops sanctions against separatist leaders. The East is lost.
Ukraine-Flag
This is why I said from the start, give Russia the East for they will take it anyway. NATO will not defend Ukraine for nobody has the money any more. I simply cut through the BS and go to the bottom line. To those who claimed the Ukrainian Revolution was a CIA plot are proved today DEAD WRONG! Why? Because there was never any stomach for a war over Ukraine. A CIA plot would have had an objective. Kerry’s statement todayPROVES there was no agenda here. Nobody figured out what to do in advance. These were real people seeking liberty from Yanukovich and his corruption. That was the bottom-line. They trusted the West and have been betrayed. Ukrainians now realize they are table scraps.
Negotiate NOW and give the East to Russia since nobody will stop the Russian invasion anyway. Just accept what has taken place and move on. This posturing shows weakness and is the very same pattern of mistakes made with Hitler. Once Russia believes it is invincible, who is then next? This is how World War III unfolds – pure political nonsense driven by lawyer-politicians who neither understand human nature or economics.
