Handcuffed Hero: Good Samaritan arrested after saving woman's life

 
You give these thugs with authority complexes a badge and a gun and they become little Hitlers. 
And you don't even want to get me started about prosecuting district attornies.
It's long past the time to convict these state criminals of abuse of authority. Not just put them on desk duty with their salary intact.
It's too bad that hurts their families indirectily.
