The TREASON of Chief Justice Roberts
The King v. Burwell upholding Obamacare is a political decision, not law, and it reveals the distinct difference between Scalia, who many liberals hate, and Roberts who rules according to the political winds and probably takes secret phone calls off the record based upon is reasoning which is anything but consistent. A judge by the very foundation of law is ONLY suppose to interpret the law, not make it. What Roberts did was so unconstitutional violating every principle of judicial interpretation this illustrates why I decided again becoming a lawyer after studying law. I came to the conclusion it was ony the whim of a judge and not really a legal system.
The primary doctrine is known as Strict Interpretation. In other words, a judge is only supposed to strictly interpret the words of a statute or else he is committingTREASON to the constitution buy crossing over the line and writing law which is only suppose to be done by Congress who is elected by the people whereas the judge is not.
The failure to abide by Strict Construction threatens every aspect of a free society. It was the Supreme Court who subjected all Americans to worldwide taxation transforming us into economic slaves were paying your “fair share” means you owe the government even when you receive no benefit and live overseas because you remain forever the property of the state which was exactly what the American Revolution was supposed to end. The court simply interested the tax code and ruled that Congress did not exempt income from overseas so they must have included it. That is NOT Strict Construction, that was legislation as corrupt, evil, and unconstitutional as it comes.
Roberts committed TREASON by upholding Obamcare for he just pulled off the same bullshit. Robert’s decision violates every principle of legal interpretation for here I must concur with Scalia who correctly points out how confounding the majority’s twisted logic to uphold Obamacare really is. Scalia wrote that the court“accepts that the ‘most natural sense’ of the phrase ‘Exchange established by the State’ is an Exchange established by a State” but then“continues, with no semblance of shame, that ‘it is also possible that the phrase refers to all Exchanges—both State and Federal.’” This analysis Scalia dubbed, “Impossible possibility, thy name is an opinion on the Affordable Care Act!”
The plain language of the statute made it clear that it would provide for an “Exchange by the State”. There was no mention of Federal. This reveals Roberts’ dishonesty for he has to be taking direction behind the curtain. He altered the statute stating that his interpretation is that Congress meant to include the Federal Government as well. In the Gay Marriage case, he dissents under the pretense of State Rights. Here there is no State Rights for he now suddenly raising the Federal Government to the level of a State. Guess Puerto Rico and Washington, DC are also really states under Roberts’ reasoning.
Scalia speaks his mind and clearly show he is not bought and paid for as is Roberts, regardless of the case. I may not agree with him each and every time, but I respect that he is not bought and paid for and he is consistent with his interpretation, although sometimes he may focus on the wrong aspect. He wrote about Roberts’ decisions:
“… this Court’s two decisions on the Act will surely be remembered through the years. The somersaults of statutory interpretation they have performed (‘penalty’ means tax, ‘further [Medicaid] payments to the State’ means only incremental Medicaid payments to the State, ‘established by the State’ means not established by the State) will be cited by litigants endlessly, to the confusion of honest jurisprudence. And the cases will publish forever the discouraging truth that the Supreme Court of the United States favors some laws over others, and is prepared to do whatever it takes to uphold and assist its favorites.”
Clarifying the Euro
It appears that a June closing on cash below 11095 in the Euro will reflect GRexit. A month-end closing for June below 10520 level will be very bearish short-term. However, keep in mind that the major Bearish Reversal lies down at the 10335 level. Therefore, only a monthly closing BELOW 10335 will CONFIRM the 11500 is the extent of any rally.
Until we see a monthly closing BELOW 10520, then it remains possible that we could still exceed the 11500 level. A monthly closing BELOW the 10335 will confirm the high is in place and signal phase two will begin with the Euro falling below the 80 cent level relative to the US dollar.
The Weekly level requires a closing above 11540. We can see that the Energy Model has been positive on the weekly level yet still negative on the monthly level. This reflects that the Euro has not sufficient brokenout to the upside.
Keep in mind that the dollar will rise during an economic decline. The higher the dollar the steeper the decline. Politicians will blame external factors. They never understand how markets function because they never seem to grasp the world economy is connected. So we need a rising dollar to turn the US economy down and that sets the stage for chaos into 2017;
Clarification – Government Believes it is God
Of course God cannot be overruled by government but those in Government think so. I do not believe in government as some benevolent entity that really cares about the people. They only care about themselves.
The entire modern Civil Asset Forfeiture was the ancient practice of Deodand which is a thing forfeited or given to God specifically as a matter of law. This was an object or instrument which becomes forfeit because it has caused a person’s death. So if you had a horse and wagon which suddenly killed someone, the horse and wagon were then sold and the proceeds donated to God paying the funeral expenses.
The English common law of deodands traces back to the 11th century and was applied, on and off, until Parliament finally abolished it in 1846. The American Revolution came in 1776 and it has been usurped be government as if it were God. So the police are confiscating money from people under this old common law precedent all neatly justified by replacing God with government. The government does this in every aspect of law. Today, they presume you are guilty and the Supreme Court upholds confiscating all your assets to prevent you from even obtaining a fair trial under this precedent. You can be innocent but they still seize your property under the theory of deodands that the object offended God who is now the police – in their view of the world.
When the year 1000AD approached, everyone assumed that would be the end of the world. The English King Aethelred II removed his portrait and placed the Lamb of God on the coinage for that year. When nothing happened, he replaced it with his own the next year. Belief in God among those in government is nothing but a show, it is never real based upon their actions.
Greek Parliament Approves July 5th Referendum
Greece’s parliament voted early Sunday in favor of Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras’ motion to hold a July 5th referendum on creditor proposals for reforms in exchange for loans, with the country’s future in the Eurozone/Euroland looking increasingly questionable. The greatest problem is that the share market is showing that exiting the Euro will be the best thing Greece can do to save itself. The austerity demands to raise taxes and hunt down its own people to pay creditors is effectively the old Gunboat Diplomacy when war was used as a big stick to threaten countries who would default.
Tsipras’ surprise call stunned Greece’s international debt negotiators, and the country took a major step closer to falling out of the euro currency union after fellow Eurozone member states refused to extend its bailout program past its expiry date on Tuesday, leaving Greece on the brink of financial chaos. The EU finance ministers are complete out of their mind and remain clueless about their insane austerity policy, which has been driven by Merkel’s assumption that the German Hyperinflation was caused by an increase in money supply when that was the effect after the new Revolutionary Communist Government in 1918 defaulted on the previous government’s debt. People took hard money out of the banks and the Communists learned a lesson that you cannot disregard human nature.
In the streets of Greece, worried people queued outside banks for cash from dawn to dusk after Tsipras’ announcement in the early hours of Saturday, but this was not a major panic. Some of the smart money has been moving into equities as the hedge which will transcend any currency crisis.
The computer interestingly enough has been targeting both July 1st and July 6th which is a Monday. This demonstrates that the key is price movement driven by capital flows for the computer is not injecting fundamentals.
If we see June close above 836, then we should see a further advance into July. Keep in mind, that the 105000 level is the tipping point. We need a monthly closing above that level to reverse the downtrend in Greece.
“F*ck US imperialism!” Says German Politician
Oskar Lafontaine has been a major political figure in German politics since the mid-70s. He was even chairman of the SPD (one of Germany’s two main parties) for four years, the SPD’s candidate for chancellor in 1990, minister of finance for two years, and then chairman of the Left party in the 2000s. He has called the US for its anti-Russian policies that has reignited the cold war and seriously harmed the European economy.
The notorious US Diplomat Victoria Nuland became famous when she was caught on a telephone recording saying “FU*K EU”. Her language and diplomatic skills have long been questionable. She has displayed more of a nasty superiority attitude than one would assume is proper for a diplomat. Now Lafontainehas put it as blunt as it can be –“F*ck US imperialism!”
Meanwhile, the US is sending tanks and weapons to Eastern Europe. This is clearly escalating the entire cold war going into 2017.

Family Law in Australia

N Aust. Family law is Federal. And to stop all the problems with co habitation – Common Law etc.. you know what they did, passed regulation which says cohabitate for 2 years..equivalent in EVERY way to marriage (assets split 50/50 on eachs)…so for us single males out there that know this well.. you are on a time line if you don’t want law forced rights and obligations but want all the other.. physical etc.. real issues if there is a child to the woman ..blood is ALWAYS thicker than water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The male has to have his EYES open in relationships now!.

REPLY: Yes, many young men do not want to get married any more because of the law. Children settles the issue. But legally, if one or the other makes a lot of money and divorce comes up, they can pay alimony for life until the ex-gets remarried. With divorce over 50%, it becomes a crap-shoot as they say. It becomes love until death do you part or the lawyers get a hold of it. Today marriage separates a fool from his money. This is contributing to the collapse in birth rates. In Japan, they call it the celibacy syndrome
