Euro – Weekly Outlook
The next key weekly target for a turning point will be the week of June 17th. This Friday, a closing BELOW 13133 will warn that the euro is starting to weaken once again after this short-cover rally. The key support remains 12137 and this is where a weekly closing beneath this level will signal the breakdown in the Euro. Additional weekly support lies at 12665 and 12411. Weekly closings beneath these areas will provide short-term sell signals.
To see a buy signal, we need a weekly closing above 13298 followed by 13432. The major Weekly Bullish stand at 13913 and 14437.

We have an important turning point the week of 07/22 and a panic cycle going into the turning point for the ECM 8/07.
Euro Forecast
The Euro made its new high today on the 17.2 frequency. We did not exceed the key resistance and if we now close lower, we should see a retest of support. A closing below 13180 will confirm a sell signal. The market volatility began on target so now watch the closing. Going into next week, volatility will remain high. We need to elect some definitive sell signals here to confirm the change in trend that the cycles indicate are possible for now.
Keep in mind that the markets are going to remain fairly choppy and indecisive until the ECM turns of August 7th. Then we have the German elections in September and everything should begin to trend.
German High Court Introducing More Euro Chaos
Germany is obsessed with hyperinflation just as the US is obsessed with reliving the Great Depression. Neither one even understands their own history. This interesting aspect is that despite all the press at the time, FDR did not follow the austerity advice of his Brains Trust who were lawyers. It was George Warren who saved the day and it was not STIMULATION of increasing the money supply that turned the tide, but the devaluation of the dollar.
Germany, on the other hand, simply remembers the hyperinflation. It’s view of history is so distorted it is as if it assumed that because someone eat a carrot and died, then that was the cause. They completely miss the point that it was a revolutionary government that INVITED the communists from Russia to come in and take Germany. The revolutionaries defaulted on all previous government debt as this 8th issue 1918 German War Bond and nobody in their right mind would put money in a bank or buy bonds from a bunch of zealot thugs. Hence, all they could do is print and they lived in a dream world where communism would create a perfect society and thus the state could just print whatever it needed as if it were money from above. There was NO concept of even how to run an economy. Grover Cleveland said it best during the Panic of 1893 from observing the consequences of fiscal mismanagement. Capital can refuse to invest, move offshore, and hoard. But the average person cannot hoard his own labor and survive. Attack capital and you destroy the economy – what is so hard to understand about this?
Only after the collapse of the Wiemar Republic did Germany sell tens of thousands of bonds to American investors in an effort to recover financially from World War I and the chaos of hyperinflation caused by the revolutionary nut jobs. Later, Adolf Hitler used some of the money raised by those bonds to build the powerful Nazi war machine that would ravage Europe during World War II. Then that debt was defaulted on again.
The German fear of hyperinflation is just crazy. No mainstream government has EVER expired in such a manner. The danger of mature economies is deflation as government needs money, increases taxes, and sucks the lifeblood out of everything. How exactly is austerity going to create jobs for the 60% unemployed youth? You cannot oppress capital in such a manner for it results in precisely what Europe is experiencing – the collapse in economic growth. Mature economies die by their own hand – it is always suicide.
The German high court will rule on the ECB policy of stimulating and whether or not it is within their legal authority. It is not. So this is going to be interesting as to how Europe shakes out. The flight to quality has people shifting to German bonds on the assumption that the collapse in the Euro will mean they get Deutsche marks.
German tourists to be protected by German Police in Greece!
The crazy situation for Greece and Cyprus is their essential reliance upon tourism. To try to keep the German tourists, Greece is allowing German Police to protect German tourists in Greek Airports. This is a direct attempt to try to save the tourism revenue.
City Dwellers At Greatest Risk
History stands as witness that those who live in cities are at the greatest risk as we move forward. This is why we see population increases in cities as the economy expands and then it contracts as the economy declines. City living becomes the most dangerous because everything has to be imported from water to food. As the economy declines and civil unrest rises, the worst place to live will be living in a city. That is also where real estate will collapse the most when economic stability declines.
The population of Rome is indicative of the entire crisis. We are moving toward the break-up of cities as taxes rise and they chase out people who take their wealth leaving behind the least intelligent who end up losing everything.
The Euro
Today fulfilled a possible high being up 17.2 days. The Euro on cash reached about 13358. The major resistance stands at 13485, The Euro volatility should now start to rise again. We need to see today’s high exceeded both intraday and on a closing basis to suggest further upside gains. Critical weekly closing support lies at 12910. We have a minor Weekly Bullish standing at 13433. A daily closing below 13300 will signal the uptrend is starting to turn neutral.

Snowden’s Rude Awakening – USA Does Control Most of the World
Edward Snowden has made a public statement to the China Post.
“I am not here to hide from justice; I am here to reveal criminality,”
“My intention is to ask the courts and people of Hong Kong to decide my fate. I have been given no reason to doubt your system.”
It is a shame that Snowden has faith in Hong Kong. They will put up a show that they are independent. However, there is no country other than China or Russia who will not do what the USA orders them to do. He who has the nukes makes the rules. Behind closed doors in various meets with other governments, the number one complaint is that the USA has become the bully in the schoolyard. They respect no other system of law and threaten everyone. They tore Switzerland apart to the point the Swiss removed all their gold from US vaults realizing the USA would just seize all their assets if they did not comply with the USA orders.
Snowden’s only hope is Russia or China. Nobody else has the guts to stand up to the USA. This is one of the reasons why the USA remains the reserve currency and there is zero chance of hyperinflation and 110% chance of further draconian seizure of assets. This is why Americans are moving wealth to Asia – Europe bows to the USA and asks how high should it jump.

The phrase “Evil Empire” was applied to the Soviet Union by U.S. President Ronald Reagan, who characterized the Soviet Union’s strategic and global military capabilities of world dominance. I loved when Muammar Muhammad Abu Minyar al-Gaddafi and Saddam Hussein fell from power. Their comments were that they were dictators who were in power for 35 years. They obviously did not look in a mirror to see how they too have been in power for about the same time and also pretend to be reelected with mock elections rigged by the party.

Capitalism or Marxism – That is the Question
The need to educate the masses grows and has never been greater than right now. Frustration has Londoners rioting for freedom and against “capitalism”. Mailing Cash is Prohibited in USA – France Bars Even Gold
The US prohibits mailing cash at the Post Office. Anything mailed out of the USA must be declared as to the contents of the package. When I asked WHY? They said Homeland Security. I said it was leaving the country. They replied it still has to go on a plane.
France now Prohibits Sending Currency by Mail like the USA but has added, “Coins And Precious Metals” which was enacted May 23rd, the French government decreed that it is forbidden to send all forms of currency – coins and cash and all forms of precious metals – coins, bars and jewelry by mail.

US Politicians Out of Touch with Reality – Euro Rally
The outrage of the US sucking up everything and storing it is classic George Orwell. The Republican leader is also a disgrace. This is how stupid he is calling Snowden a Traitor. He was outraged by the Obama Administration going after the AP and having the IRS target the tea party. But when it comes to the NSA paranoia seizing everything, that is somehow patriotic. These people cannot speak except with a forked tongue. The world is outraged and they are too stupid to see or listen. They attacked China for doing what they are doing themselves. You just can’t get more stupid than this hypocrisy. Diane Feinstein and John Boehner both said Snowden will be hunted down like a dog to the ends of the earth and both call him a traitor. These people are too far gone to save the day or reform.

House Speaker John Boehner sat down with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos on “Good Moring America” to discuss the NSA leak, immigration reform, the IRS scandal and much more.
Here is the full transcript of the interview:
GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS: Speaker, thank you for doin’ this. Let’s talk first about these– revelations about the National Security Agency. Edward Snowden has come forward, said he brought the documents into the public eye. His supporters say he’s– a whistle-blowing patriot. His critics say he’s betrayed the country, broken the law. Where do you stand?
JOHN BOEHNER: He’s a traitor. The president outlined last week that these were important national security programs to help keep Americans safe, and give us tools– to fight the terrorist threat th– that we face. The president also outlined that there are appropriate safeguards in place– to make sure that– there’s– there’s no– snooping, if you will– on Americans– here at home. But– the disclosure of this information– puts Americans at risk. It shows– our adversaries what our capabilities are. And– it’s a giant violation of the law.
STEPHANOPOULOS: As you point out, the president has said these programs are effective. They’re fully constitutional, fully approved by Congress, and limited. Do you agree with all that?
BOEHNER: I do. I’ve been briefed on all of these programs. Remember, this is all past– and– and broad bipartisan majorities in both the House and Senate. And– and when you look at these programs, there are clear safeguards. There’s no American who’s gonna be snooped on in any way– unless they’re in contact– with some terrorists somewhere around the world.
STEPHANOPOULOS: So even though all of these phone records, not phone calls, but all these phone records are being scooped up– you believe that Americans’ privacy is still protected?
BOEHNER: Absolutely. And every time– that I’ve been in a briefing, nine of the ten people in a room are lawyers– there to protect– the privacy of the American people. George, throughout our history we’ve had this– we’ve had this tug– between our principle responsibility as the government to– to keep Americans safe– and at the same time, protect their privacy.
And so there’s this balancing act– that goes on. And I believe– that when you look at this program and what it does– we– you’ll find– that we protect the privacy of the American people– while at the same time, giving us tools– to keep Americans safe and to go after the terrorist.
STEPHANOPOULOS: Senator John McCain– I think he agrees with you in large measure. But he said that there should be an open hearing so the American public can be reassured about the program. Senator Feinstein, chair of the Intelligence Committee also says she’s open to that. Do you think that’s a good idea?
BOEHNER: Well, I’ll let– the– the chairs of the Intelligence Committees– make that decision. But there is heavy oversight of this program– by the House Intelligence Committee on a bipartisan basis and the Senate Intelligence Committee. And that’s why I feel comfortable– that– that we can operate this program and protect the privacy rights of– of our citizens.

The Future of the World Economy – Les misérables
Germany’s constitutional court has begun its hearing over the legality of the European Central Bank’s bond buying program today. The German high court is not the political football we have for a judiciary in the USA. They are rather independent. The head of the court said the success of the program wouldn’t be relevant for “Otherwise, the end would justify the means.”
We are looking at a potential political power struggle between Germany and the euro zone. Germany still is fighting the hyperinflation of the 1920s and sees always deflation as the answer. The United States is still fighting the Great Depression and see stimulation as the answer.
Lost with both has been this failure to grasp that you cannot have it both ways. You cannot borrow year after year with no intention of paying anything back and expect the world not to notice or the economy to suffer. Germany has to learn the lesson that for all its efficiency, its taxes are too high and they have one of the lowest entrepreneurial rates in the world. People look at the taxes and regulations and find it easier to either leave or work for one of the big companies. Germany must come to grips with the youth crisis. They are laying the seed for widespread civil unrest. You cannot defend the bondholders at the expense of the people. This historically has been the source of every revolution. This was even the crisis that led to the civil war in Rome and to this day thepropaganda of the bankers has misdirected history to cover-up their corruption.
The failure of economic growth in Europe has been called Les misérables by theEconomist. These politicians have no clue about the future. They only see the old ideas and this is leading to massive confusion. This is why we are in a HUGE bull market for volatility. The markets are going to swing in both directions as the majority are forever torn between old concepts (deflation and inflation) while trying to apply them to a world that has not even been clearly defined economically.
Paranoid or Conservative
Securing Phone Calls and Emails should no longer be for the paranoid, but good old fashion conservative business & personal practices as long as people line Feinstein pretend to represent people instead of the government institution. We have no control over her. She was sent to do “God’s Work” like Goldman Sachs.
The problem is who is their “GOD”? It sure is not the one that says treat everyone as yourself and “thous shalt not covert thy neighbor’s goods” since that is all they are ever after.
You should talk to anyone who grew up in East Germany. When the government fell, their files on everyone came out. They threatened everyone just as the USA threatens newspapers and Google – do as we direct or else. People then renovated their apartments. What they discovered were hidden microphones in everyone’s apartment. The NSA along with Feinstein and her thugs, are acting EXACTLY as in George Orwell’s 1984 where there was a picture frame in every house that monitored what they were doing. God help us, a terrorist might come over for dinner.
What is going on down there is typical. They make a lot of noise, but expect it to blow over and everyone will forget in a few weeks as usual. Most do not take this serious and Feinstein defends her spying on everyone to her dying breath. She should resign !!!!! She is a disgrace to all the people who died for this country to defend the constitution she swept away. How can you ask people to lay down their lives to defend what people like her do not respect? She is a international disgrace.

Capitol Hill
Will be able to report more completely. Have been in discussions with members on Capitol Hill trying to get a sense if this crisis in NSA is being taken as serious or they assume it will blow over with the next sport’s game as usual. There is no doubt that Feinstein knew as well as the Republicans the full scope of this crisis and have supported whatever the NSA has done full boat. Most other members at least knew. For the past couple of years it has been present in jokes that everything was swept up headed for Utah.
Previously to skirt around the law, the Brits were vacuuming up US calls and emails and the US was doing that in the UK. Then each swapped and could claim neither violated their local laws. This has been going on since 911.

Hollande is truly a legend in his own mind. This above all demonstrates that we are dealing with politicians everywhere who are clinging to old ideas and are totally disconnected from the shifting sands within the economy. It took the British Press to Defend the US Constitution
Edward Snowden is a courageous young man who the Gaurdian revealed was their source. The NSA and Eric Holder, if true to form, will seek life imprisonment as they did against WikiLeaks. Anyone who stands up to these insane people that have trashed the constitution deserves the protection of the people and the international press (assuming the US press will lay down as usual).
My own attempts to stand up against the NY Bankers and their pervasive corruption that is destroying the world economy and has now led to massive tax increases and the hunting down of citizens for money like dogs, was met with bullets placed in my mailbox, and threats against my family. They even froze my mother’s bank accounts and social security without court orders. My lawyer Martin Unger had to threaten to hold a press conference because they almost killed my mother cutting off her access to all medicine.
Judge Richard Owen joked about how Steven Schiffer didn’t take it upstairs (appeal) when he took all his lawyers away in an SEC case for inside trading that theUNTOUCHABLE bankers do all the time. Because after stripping Schiffer of counsel and harassing the hell out of the guy, he committed suicide in a civil case. Then to joke about how they caused someone else to commit suicide was the ultimate revelation of the character of these type of people who have seized control of our government.
These people are the farthest thing from what being an “American” was supposed to be – truth, honor, and justice for all. That is nothing but propaganda now. These people have used those 19 guys and a camel to completely destroy what so many soldiers died and fought for to protect – the constitution. They have disgraced all those who died for our freedom that no longer exists.
The NSA has been seizing phone calls of anyone doing business with the United States. They have no respect whatsoever for anything but themselves. The paranoid conspiracy theorists are them viewing us. They see a conspiracy in everything. When I go to Washington, there are guys with M16s on street corners. I never saw that in all my travels except Egypt and behind the Berlin Wall before it fell.
These people have forgotten what we have asked so many children to do – lay down their lives to protect the American Liberty and Freedom. These people do not share the same values and ANY politicians who dares to defend this insanity should be tarred and feathered and driven from office for they have betrayed their oath of office. California – how dare you send Diane Feinstein to Washington to defend NSA. She is aINTERNATIONAL disgrace to your state!
NSA Surveillance – No Longer a Conspiracy Theory

This presents an interesting issue. In prison, there are cameras everywhere except in the unit where people live. Why? The guards have to have someplace they can beat you up with no evidence.
Is this NSA database available for lawsuits? They can pull up anyone looking for child porn or searching for a place to hide their gold overseas. Whatever. Anyone with a foreign bank account – they got it. A foreign bank sending a email confirmation or statement – they got it! So legally, this entire database is there and could be subpoenaed for a lawsuit. Is there a phone conversation where someone intentionally planned to rob a company? Perhaps you have an employee who stole something and you need to know who he sold it to. What about a spouse cheating and money depends on that in a divorce case? Want the phone calls that PROVE the NY Bankers manipulate markets? It is all there!!!!!!
It use to be only Santa Claus knew who was naughty or nice. Now it’s the NSA and they dress up as Santa who is now partying with $3500 a night rooms having a very good time. Not quite the Santa Claus we once knew. What about NSA employees blackmailing someone if they leaked something devastating?
They are not spending this much money for 19 guys and a camel. Even when they interviewed the Boston Bombers, they still could not prevent the attack. SO this is total bullshit. In the Federal Prison MCC in New York City, the 1st World Trade Center terrorists drew the building on the wall of their prison cell with planes going into it one year before. The correction officer who gave them the markers for recreation was Mr. Kumb. The NSA has created the ultimate record of everything. Start the subpoenas. This will get interesting. There is no need for 4th Amendment search warrants. Court discovery rules are gone. The 5th Amendment right to remain silent. None of this applies anymore because you are not asking the individual to incriminate himself nor do you need search warrants. The NSA has eliminated everything. Want to find out if there is gold in Fort Knox? Go ahead. Get the emails.
These people are too stupid to be able to prevent any attack. This is all about hunting money and that they can do. Bombers when they do show up, it is to their benefit to let people die because they get more power each and every time. Japan tried to deliver a Declaration of War before Pearl Harbor and were told to come back later. America was very isolationist. They needed that attack to get in the war. The same was true of the Lusitania which was allowed to resume passenger services on condition that she carried government cargoes. Sounds like Google? Then there was Vietnam where the evidence came out they never attacked the US – it was made up. The CIA had proposed creating terror attacks domestically and blaming it on Cuba to support an invasion. That has come out as well.
The government needs terrorism to further their power. Yet these people stand up and lie their ass off pretending always to care so much while twisting the knife in the back. Claiming Congress is monitoring this is a joke. They are the government as well. These people are not saints either. They are less trustworthy than a stranger who finds your credit card on the street. Even the ones that are honest, are of no use for then all the President’s men lie to them anyway. The IRS hearings prove that.
So thank the NSA and Diane Feinstein. Just subpoena the records for nobody has any rights to protect anymore since they have done their very best to eliminate all those pain-in-the-ass constitutional rights that bothered them so much. So to say we should rest well because Feinstein is supervising this – good one!
Obama and Feinstein wanted to disarm America. When the Communists did that, over 50 million died. It is not just about the money – it is always about the money. Hitler went after the the Jews for money! He too appeared with children and spoke of solid family values to instill that warm and fussy feeling that he cares. It started with the bankers (Jewish) then the business people Kristallnacht (Crystal Night), referred to as the Night of Broken Glass. He confiscated all the Jewish property and after he killed them, he extracted any gold teeth. Henry VIII defended the Catholic Church against Martin Luther an was given the title Defender. When he was broke, he started his own church and confiscated all the wealth of the Catholic Church to refill his treasury. Spun hatred of Catholic so well there are still walls separating them in Belfast. Philip IV of France seized and killed all the Knights Templars who were the bankers for Europe and seized the Catholic Church moving it to France to plunder its wealth. Edward I of England borrowed from the Jews, but when he could not repay, he amazingly discovered they were Jews. He expelled them from England, but of course they could not take any wealth. The Spanish Inquisition had the benefit of killing its victims under the Spanish Crown (not Rome) and naturally confiscated all their property. Even as late as George III in England, if you stole an apple you were sold into slavery in a foreign land called indentured servitude.
It is always about the money. You do not do things like the NSA is doing to protect people. They are not running for election. They are permanently employed. So far the Dow has rallied 27 weeks on an intraday basis establishing the high on target for the week of 05/20, but on a weekly closing, the high was the previous week 05/13 making it a perfect 26 week rally.The week of 05/27 closed slightly beneath the week of 05/20 confirming technically we should have seen a correction. That manifested in a decline for yet another 10 trading day count into yesterday. This bear count is also right on target and we have the reaction to the upside for today, which was a Directional Change and a Panic Cycle on the Daily Level. The Daily Bullish Reversals are 15298.00 and 15463.00.
Our weekly models now target the week of 06/17 for the next Directional Change and curiously the big target is the last week of July starting to line up with the ECM that turns on the 7th of August.
A closing today for the Dow above 15162.84 will keep the market neutral yet firm. We need a closing ABOVE 15298 to signal a sustainable rally. Next week we see 15127.00 as a pivot point. The primary support lies at 1439-1436 and a weekly closing beneath that area will signal a brief sharp correction.
Monthly level shows a Directional Change in July, rising volatility starting in August after the ECM, and a big target for the year as a turning point will be September that is most likely lining up with the German elections. Once again, a Merkel loss will raise the reality that Europe will not survive intact. We have a Panic Cycle showing up in November.

From what I have read about The Weimar Republic, as soon as people would have fiat in hand they would rush out and spend it before prices would increase, often requesting a bill at the start of a meal to prevent having to pay a higher price upon completion.
How does hoarding play a role where people could not get rid of fiat fast enough?

ANSWER: The Wiemar Republic was a 1918 communistic revolution following the 1917 Russian Revolution. The extremists even wanted to invite their fellow communists in Russia to come take Germany.
Whenever you have war, wealth is hoarded. In the case of the WWI and WWII, the gold fled Europe and moved to USA so the US that was broke and needed J.P. Morgan to bail it out in 1896 emerged with 76% of the world gold reserved by the end of WWII, which is why the dollar became the reserve currency.
In Germany, wealth was hoarded because of WWI to start with. Therefore, the German banks were cash poor by the end of the war. With the communists seizing control, that wealth remained hidden. With gold and silver hoarded, there was nothing to create money to restart the nation. This is why the Wiemar Republic went into hyperinflation. (1) real wealth was hoarded (meaning gold and silver coin both domestic and foreign), and (2) nobody in their right might would lend to a communist government that defaulted on all bonds anyway. You should also understand the reason FDR made an exception for collector coins is because Teddy Roosevelt was a big ancient coin collector. It was Teddy who wanted the mint to strike coins as beautiful as the Greek in high relief. They minted the 1907 $20 St Gaudens in high relief, but they could not in large quantity. So FDR understood that aspect of collecting since it was in his family. Will government respect that again? Who knows? They seem to respect absolutely nothing right now.

If the purchasing power of money rises, the value of assets and labor declines. If the purchasing power of money declines, we call it a boom or inflation and assets along with wages rise as does employment. Such a simple concept – but impossible to get across.

Consequently, the government could ONLY print money.
But the KEY that is overlooked is CONFIDENCE. All we hear is how the US will go into hyperinflation because of the Fed’s monetization. That is gibberish. Ask the average American if they trust government and the answer is still YES! Hyperinflation requires the wholesale collapse in the CONFIDENCE of government. That is not likely.
