...for the American people to believe the lies that a man who had risen to the top ranks of his profession, who held the highest security clearances in the United States, and who was fully prepared to lay down his life to protect a US President, to believe such a person would commit suicide under any circumstances (especially one such as having an affair while separated from his wife, which even if true, he could have just simply retired and taken a job in the private sector at quadruple the pay) shows how far these people have descended into outright deception and lunacy.
