Judge Lanny Moriarty was only a high school graduate. He was reelected in 2010 by default. His current term ends 2014. Surely someone in Montgomery County is more capable than this sorry excuse of a judge. You don't even have to be a lawyer. Lanny Moriarty gives other civil servants a bad name.

JP Moriarty agreed to pay a $2,800 civil fine for various alleged mistakes made on campaign finance reports. Some of the alleged mistakes listed included receiving contributions from corporations. Additional alleged mistakes included failure to file timely and complete campaign finance reports.
