1. Know that the police are not your friends.

 2. Minimize interactions with the police at all times. Do not call the police, do not talk to the police, decline to answer questions, decline searches and always ask for a warrant. If you must call the police, make sure the situation is under control and deescalated first.

 3. Never assume the police will cut you a break or uphold your constitutional rights.

 4. Remain vigilant and always scan for police, especially when driving, know the places they like to hide to entrap motorists and do your best to avoid being tailed by a cop car without making it look suspicious.

 5. Study law enforcement techniques and procedures.

 6. If you are caught in a "false flag" terror attack, do not cooperate with police and do not give them statements or evidence. Make yourself scarce and only give interviews to select alternative media outlets under condition of anonymity if it is inconsistent with the official narrative or don't give interviews at all. If the evidence consists of video footage, make a hidden backup copy asap and send copies to alternative media.

 7. Do not antagonize the police or provoke them, regardless of how you feel. If accosted, cooperate peacefully without sudden movements and respond politely in brief terms so you can be on your way asap. Videotape the interaction if you choose and depending on situation. If you are under arrest, say nothing to them and request a lawyer.

 8. Remain vigilant and watch for potential undercover cops acting suspiciously or as provacateurs, especially at events such as demonstrations.

 9. Realize that police are often poorly trained, jumpy, and do not follow the same rules of engagement as the troops but are instilled with a commando mentality due to their militarization, treating the streets like a battlefield, and being taught that their life is more valuable. Jumpy people with guns are a dangerous combination. Also realize that policing is a profession that attracts a lot of sociopaths, psychopaths, sadists, and bullies. Smart criminals become cops and in order to be a good cop you have to be a good criminal.

 10. Avoid drawing police attention to yourself and never give someone a reason to call the police on you.
