July Issue – Militia Magazine Update

Today all the hard work of contributors and staff culminates in one single digital magazine.  The magazine has barely been published and we’re already working on the August issue… but I’m getting ahead of myself.

We know that sharp change is coming to our nation, and the militia needs to be a sword and shield to protect the populace from the violent aspects of that change.  Whether cleaning up and providing security after a natural disaster, defending innocents from the violence of potential riots, or shielding communities from regime forces and tyrannical policies; the militia must be prepared to fend off threats to Liberty and security.

We don’t know how short the time is or what future events will look like, but we know that life will be harder before it gets easier.  Using all means at our disposal, we want to help others prepare.  Militia Magazine is but one additional medium to pass along important information.  We feel that we can reach a lot of folks through this format.

I want to give a heart felt ‘thank you’ to all who have supported us with their links, words, and other varying contributions.  Without you, there would be no Militia Magazine; without your words, there would be little joy found in the tedious work of digital publishing.  We all have full time jobs aside from this magazine and I personally have invested my own money in the expensive software, hardware, and travel required to get this magazine started.  Please support us through reading.  One thing that helps offset these costs are advertising and PDF sales.  If you are so inclined, please consider advertising with us.  For our readership base, we have extremely inexpensive ad rates.

(I should also say that if you’re a member of the FreeFor blogosphere and you’re interested in self-publishing, let me know.  I have everything you need to publish digitally.)

We’re always looking for contributors, especially writers in the FreeFor blogosphere and community.  If you have an opinion or article that speaks directly to the needs of the militia movement, please pass it along.  We’d love to throw it into a future issue.  We need great content for the magazine and that means we have to get y’all involved.  If you run a business or blog, we can link to your website from within your submitted article.  Simply let us know how we can support you in return.

Also, I’ll be interviewed on Radio Free Redoubt in the next week or so.  I fully support the American Redoubt model and am very glad to appear on John’s program.
