Making Gold & Silver Legal Tender
Several lawmakers in the United States are now considering making gold and silver coins legal tender amid fears that the Federal Reserve’s monetary policies may result in a considerably drop of the dollar value. Arizona is the main state pushing for residents to be able to use bullion as rightful currency, but several other states are also considering such a move.
What they fail to realize is that NEITHER were ever demonetized. People are free to accept whatever they want in a transaction. This is why I have stated that the best bet is to buy COINS not bullion.
LEGAL TENDER is pointless. That means the GOVERNMENT must accept them in payment for PUBLIC debts – taxes! PRIVATE debts are free to do as they like and have been since 1975. This is not the source of the problem. Bretton Woods made gold money – it did nothing. Alone gold FAILS to restrain government in modern or ancient times. This is like fining your wife because you did not take out the trash. It is INDIRECT accomplishing nothing – been there done that. The Constitution already provides for gold and silver coins to be legal tender. I am sure the IRS will be glad to accept $1 in silver coins at face value for taxes.
- Article I, Section 8, Clause 5. The Congress shall have Power…To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures.
- Article I, Section 8, Clause 6. The Congress shall have Power…To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States.
- Article I, Section 9, Clause 7. No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law.
- Article I, Section 10, Clause 1. No State shall…coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debt.
Here is the culprit. They borrow so they do not have to tax. If they taxed people for what they really spent, there would have been a revolution long ago. They borrow to avoid taxes so the Marxists can run for office promising to bribe the people you get this at no cost because I will take it by force if need be from anyone who has more than you.

You have to ELIMINATE the power to borrow for whatever is MONEY will always be irrelevant. As long as they borrow, they expand the money supply exponentially. Merely changing to gold and silver will accomplish nothing. They must stop the borrowing but to do that Marxism must die.
The Euro & Thatcher
The primary conflict that Thatcher had was the pro-European movement. The overwhelming majority of her own government wanted to go into the Euro. She stood her ground and because of her, she saved Britain from the Euro.

Thatcher & Marxists
I find it very distasteful how the Marxists are rushing out to claim Margaret Thatcher did nothing for Britain. What have they accomplished other than lower economic growth, decline in our living standards, women do not have the right to work but the requirement to do so for a family to survive because they keep raising taxes to benefit themselves with expanding government pensions and jobs with no regard for the Middle Class.
Thatcher rejected their nonsense of always for the rich to divert the attention of how they raise taxes on everyone else to fund pensions and jobs that are unavailable in the private sector. Her one liner said it all. She was a Grocer’s daughter – an old wise soul perhaps sent here to help mankind. Those greedy socialists and their mentor Karl Marx have caused the deaths of countless millions with their unjust ideas of stealing from anyone they are jealous of in reality. Even the Ten Commandments prohibit coveting thy neighbor’s possessions – which is all they do. They cannot sleep at night worrying someone is spending a dollar they could have grabbed for themselves.

If anyone ever wondered why you just cannot do business in New York, is is the proof. They illegally trade with client funds, lose a ton of money at J.P. Morgan, outside of New York, if someone steals your money and bet it on red at the roulette table in Vegas, as a matter of LAW the casino MUST return the stolen funds since they never had title to them. In New York, the laws simply do not apply if you are a bank.
Here is the settlement for M.F. Global Customers. To get their own money back at a discount no less, they must agree to let Corzine off the hook and J.P. Morgan and this is approved by a Federal Judge who is suppose to be impartial.
Well in New York, they just go by their own laws knowing the ONLY way to enforce anything against them you have to go to the Supreme Court, which unconstitutionally decided they are too burdened to hear every case, so they get to pick and choose. Constitutionally, the Supreme Court is the ONLY authorized court. The US Constitution states in Article III, Section 1:
“The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.”
That means Congress is under NO obligation to create inferior courts. The Supreme Court cannot be closed down by Congress whereas everything else could be shut for it is not required. That means, we have NO tripartite government as long as the Supreme Court claims discretion to listen to a constitutional challenge. There is no way to ever have your rights protected because if they do not want to listen to you, there is no hope. Thus, the Federal judges do not have to obey any law whatsoever and M.F. Global proves this point loud and clear. What they have done is the same thing as Cyprus. The favorite sons of New York can do as they like KNOWING they will NEVER be prosecuted EVER! So what is the slogan they teach kids – Liberty & Justice for ALL. It’s just propaganda. There isABSOLUTELY no way to enforce any right without an ABSOLUTE right to be heard before the Supreme Court.
Due Process of law comes from the Bible book of Genesis. Cain had killed Abel. When God asked Cain where his brother was, Cain replied that he did not know, asking if he was his brother’s keeper. God asked Cain what he had done, as his brother’s blood cried out to God from the ground. This is the origin of Due Process of Law.

Everything the US government has been doing violates everything from the Founding Fathers to the simple right to Due Process of Law as Lindsey Graham convinced Congress they have the right to lock you up with no trial, no lawyer, and no right to a summons or a right to be heard in a court of law. Even God summoned Cain and gave him a right to be heard even when he knew what he had done. Lindsey Graham clearly must even be a atheist for he has rejected everything that made the USA the land of liberty.

The corruption in Washington is reflected in hotel bills all there trying to get some exception typically from taxation. The very same chain with the very same class of guest room, is $199 in Philadelphia, $349 in NYC, and $369 in Washington. Washington is full of lobbyists and that is reflected in hotel rooms using the same chain. We have abandoned the Founding Fathers and followed Karl Marx. It is interesting that Jefferson commented on this very idea of taking from the productive class and handing it to the non-productive class and how that would violate the first principle of civilization.. The Judiciary, lacking its independence on the side of the people, twisted words until it justified Marxism at the expense of the real thinkers of the Age of Enlightenment. Had they NOT been former government employees, we just might still have a nation that was tempered, controlled, and restrained with LIBERTY in mind.
