The Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) is a Basel III regulatory standard requiring large banks to maintain a minimum level of stable, long-term funding (over 1 year) to support their assets and limit maturity transformation risk. Calculated as Available Stable Funding (ASF) divided by Required Stable Funding (RSF), the ratio must be at least 100%.
