European High Court Rules Against Google
Following the ECJ judgment EU citizens may apply for the cancellation of search listings on Google. The verdict triggered a veritable wave of fire fighting applications. Google has received more than 70,000 requests for deletion of their search files, including about 12,000 applications from Germany alone.Overall, it comes to the removal of more than 267,000 links from the search results of the Group. Google’s outrageous lack of privacy for the idea of targeting advertising has had a tremendous impact around the world. This, coupled with handing over this data to the NSA is just outrageous. Google has exposed itself to tremendous liability by retaining this information without disclosure for years. Google could be subpoenaed is countless court cases but public and private when it comes to taxation cases.
Meanwhile, the US government wants to hire people in computer science to prevent them from going to the private sector. Cyber employees of the Pentagon to 2016 are to be increased 300%. Even the FBI wants to strengthen its cyber division with 1,000 cyber agents and 1,000 analysts in the coming year. Demand for security specialists in the USA is now huge. Forget becoming a doctor or a lawyer, computer science is where to go.
The government will support their young talent during their studies. The government program Cyber Corps covers the tuition fees, books, and professional development of students in the field of cyber security. The scholarship also includes a cash payment between 20,000 and 30,000 dollars per year. The amount depends on whether the student seeking a bachelor’s, master’s or a doctorate. The study aid is set at three years. After completing his studies, the Government expects that the graduate will remain for several years in their service.

The USA is amazingly going to produce more oil that Saudi Arabia and Russia making it the largest producer in the world according to all the data so far with just Four years into the shale revolution.When that happens and by how much, is still debatable. Citigroup Inc is reported to be close to paying about $7 billion in fines to resolve a U.S. probe into whether it defrauded investors on billions of dollars worth of mortgage securities in the run-up to the financial crisis, reported News Daily. The USA has discovered a cash-cow and the banks have paid now over $100 billion in fines. Their activity is starting to bite them in the ass because the cost of government rises and there is now a competition among agencies to bring in money through fines and penalties to prevent job cuts.
The US prosecution has always gone after people not in New York, This trend has been serious internationally as they took down the Swiss banking system destroying most small banks, then they were after France’s BNP, and Germany’s Commerzbank, which now faces a fine of 500 million euros for illegal transactions with Iran, Sudan, North Korea, Myanmar and Cuba. Meet Americans with this punishment not only the bank. The severity with which the Americans punish breaches of their world politics, is also a slap in the face for Chancellor Angela Merkel.
This comes at time when the financial crisis of 2007 is still taking its tool. We are in a 13 year bear market there and this is bottoming in 2020 taking liquidity with it. The “bail-in” policies in Europe are now migrating to Canada. Even Moody’s has warned that Canada could be in trouble because the government that is moving to the same European directives of using bail-ins – just taking the money from Canadian’s bank accounts.
US real estate is a sanctuary for Canadians with money. The nice quiet Canadians who live under the world radar are actually the largest buyer of US real estate among all foreign nations. They own the greatest number of properties while China is the largest buy in dollar volume – trophy properties. Canadians buy more properties and that reflects not institutional, but retail investment.
Government is now milking the banks for everything they can get.

US Share Market – A Glimpse into the Weeks Ahead
The US Share Market has confused many and those who swear we are headed into a 1929 crash just cannot comprehend this is a global economy. We have to be concerned about July for there is the potential for a July high with a low in Oct/Nov. The volatility will begin to rise come September and reach its first high around December/January. The potential for the Dow to rise up to the Breakout Line from the 2009 low remains intact. That would be a target of almost 26,000 by October 1, 2015.
The Breakout Channel from the June 2012 low forms a nice guide channel in the cash S&P 500. We can see the shift where we were penetrating the bottom of the channel has now inverted so we penetrate the top now. The top of that channel for July resides at:

This will provide both the resistance and support to pay attention to this month. The timing for turning points is also quite clear.
The key week looks to be 7/21 with a slight tendency to be briefly early the week of 7/14.
Watch the reversals and these will provide us with a good guide. A July low at that time could result in a reversal rally into the October time period whereas a high at that time could produce a low in October.
