Always use cash no matter whose it was. Steal two-three cars a day to travel from employee parking lots to avoid immediate theft discovery and immediate APB. Stay off of turnpikes and toll areas. Camp instead of use motels. Never straight line travel. All over the map is best. Rest in wilderness areas long term and avoid people.
Or , look homeless.. most folks avoid the homeless.
