Volcker to step down from White House panel
THIS IS THE CAPTAIN OF THE TITANIC LEAVING THE SHIP KNOWING WHAT IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN. HE KNOWS WHERE THIS CURRENT CREW ARE AIMING THE SHIP AND ALSO KNOWS THEY AREN'T LISTENING TO HIM.
