The California property price implosion I predicted in May has begun to unfold. As covered in this story, some properties are now plunging 25% in value merely because they use too much water in their landscaping.
Meanwhile, an upscale community of 15,000 people (about 5,000 homes) has had its water completely cut off. It will run dry in days.
