Gold – One More Pop or Collapse?
Friday came in with the Panic Cycle on target. The polls in Switzerland were showing little support for the Save Our Gold issue. Nevertheless, as we approach year-end the major trading range will be 1310 to 1042.50. These are the outer end range boundaries and closing between these two numbers will leave gold in a bearish mode for 2015 as we head into the targets for the benchmarks.
Gold still has the potential for a manipulation pop into the seasonal turning point. However, the primary resistance remains in the 1250-1275 area. Only a closing above 1310 would save gold at year-end and that does not seem to be likely.
A break to new lows now will warn of a seasonal low on the next target with a two month bounce followed by a drop into the benchmarks. Friday’s Panic Cycle warns of perhaps an initial low on Monday until the Swiss vote really sinks in as to what it now means. This can be a real game changer for 2015.
Keep in mind that a closing BELOW 1042.50 at year-end will open the door to that extreme decline beyond the initial target support. In other words, break that key level too early and that means we will see a real dump that could extend back to the $630 target area.
For now, brace yourself. It looks like a lot of fun and games for 2015 on the horizon. Now that the Swiss central bank CAN sell its gold reserves, look out. When you ask a question, you better know what the answer will be or you end up with the consequences. Swiss sales of gold are now quite possible. As governments need money desperately and it is resolved that we are headed into electronic money, gold will become a barbaric relic of the past to financially strapped central banks in Europe.
If the Swiss sell due to massive losses in the Euro, they may set off a competition in official sales. France will join – just watch. Socialists always sell tangible assets. If we see a pop in gold, it will be a manipulation to get the bulls revved up to sell to them one more time – thank you very much.
Oops – Obama Admits US Tortured People
Well, President Barack Obama shocked everyone on Capitol Hill when he admitted that the CIA had indeed tortured enemies during our time in Afghanistan and Iraq. The official position is not to admit to “torture” and Obama simply forgot he was not supposed to use the T-WORD. That will allow others to now sue the US government. Oops – sorry about that. It was just a slip of the tongue.
Obama was referring to a report in which it was carefully crafted to not use the T-WORD – TORTURE. This will now shift the issue from spying on Americans to – gee, they tortured people? Come on. Torture is routine. Water-boarding is torture. You do not have to whip someone to “coerce” them into spilling the beans. Why torture does not work is rather simple. The person will say anything to stop the process. How do you distinguish between a lie and the truth under torture?
Let us not forget the Abu Ghraib torture and prisoner abuse. Why do these things to people if there is no intention to compel information from them? Let’s keep this real. Even domestically, the Justice Department mentally tortures prisoners all the time to force people to plead. About 98% of all people charged plead because of coercion. Courts dismiss claims of coercion claiming reducing one’s time is irrelevant. I would like to observe these judges in a cell and see how they respond.
I saw the government arrest people and routinely threaten that their children would be put up for adoption if they did not plead. I was thrown in cells so cold you could see your breath and then into cells so hot underwear was too much. None of these things they admit were torture, which is standard operating procedure. They throw you into solitary confinement where so many people commit suicide – but of course this form of mental torture is not torture. It is merely a secluded vacation trip with all your meals included.
It is time the USA practices what it preaches.
The Governments Know Sovereign Debt Defaults Are Coming

Most governments have followed our models. China has even publicly stated they are using Capital Flow Analysis which we invented. China is also making comments Behind the Curtain that it sees the USA as a declining Superpower.
Historically, great empires have exacted tribute, exploit colonies, and demand conscripts of their protectorates. America is something new in the way of world powers. What is different has been it not only provide the legions to protect “allies,” but provide the tribute in the form of foreign aid, IMF and World Bank loans, and bailout billions. The USA has adopted the approach of the Roman Empire. It sees the world as its domain and thus it has extracted land for its military bases. The economic decline of the United States has been at the hands of its military. Their desire to control the world has exploited the wealth of the nation. One must consider that the JFK assassination may have been orchestrated because Kennedy stated the USA could save the dollar and end its trade deficit in the blink-of-an-eye – stop expanding military bases everywhere; it was not because of changing the money supply abandoning silver.
Indeed, we see the USA decline is akin to the fall of Athens where its arrogance sent its once allies into the arms of its enemy – Sparta. The failure of Congress the reign in the NSA and to stop collecting data if everything everywhere, has cost the nation respect and dignity. The failure to stop the banks exploiting the rest of the world is also seen as terribly arrogant. This decline in respect is following the same decline Athens moved through. This is very disturbing for by 2032 it appears that the world economy will be centered in China – not the West and the coming Sovereign Debt Crisis will wipe out Western Civilization because people are so dependent upon government. We have all our eggs in one basket. What happens with a Sovereign Debt Default? Pensions evaporate.
Changing Bankruptcy Laws for Banks
Today, Congress is going to pass quietly behind the scenes changes to theBANKRUPTCY LAWS illustrating the growing fear that we are going to see a sharp economic decline ahead. The proposed new law would eliminate protections for certain financial contracts that made big bank bankruptcies nearly impossible in the past. Under the current law, if a financial institution files for bankruptcy protection, counterparties can cancel their contracts. That includes derivatives and repurchase agreements. Creditors can actually seize the assets a firm needs to survive.
Consequently, under this new bill, creditors wouldn’t be able to cancel their contracts during the 48-hour transfer process. The banks are cheering this. No wonder. They can be merged and nobody can cancel anything or seize their assets. More and more it looks like those in government understand there are dark clouds on the horizon.

Interesting how freedom of religion does not really mean what it is claimed to be. It seems there is freedom provided the majority believe. This is an interesting philosophical question. If these people believe this mummy protects them, is it anyone else’s right to disregard their beliefs? Some indigenous people believed taking their photograph was stealing their soul.
